All the staff was superfriendly and amiable and greeted us warmly. The room was large and exceptionally nice when upgraded with shared bathroom, all comfort and clogged toilet.
There was breakfast missing.

The location marvellous and brilliant in the very city centre of Naples. Unique building and rooms with shared bathroom. Superbly friendly and nice staff at all times.
